Just when you thought we were done with Med Center projects. This one is at the southwest corner of Farnam Street and Saddle Creek Road. Most recently, the site had been the home of Parrish Alternative School. It was razed in 2023 to make way for the Campus Operations and Research Excellence Building.

The rendering shows what the 6-story CORE building will look like. It will serve as the cornerstone of the new campus and will be ideal for research that leads to product and drug collaboration and innovation.

The building is also being designed to accommodate a future pedestrian bridge crossing over Saddle Creek Road that will link the new campus to the main campus.
