The Rows at Field Club will be constructed in the place of two Med Center owned parking lots that sit west of 38th Avenue and south of Leavenworth Street. The row house-style buildings will have the benefit of facing Field Club Trail which will eventually run through the Med Center campus and connect to the Edge District just west of Saddle Creek.

The eight market rate row houses will be built on a two acre site and contain 31 market rate units with rent ranging from $2,150 for one bedrooms to $3,125 for three bedrooms. In addition, it will contain 87 parking stalls.

Prior to its acquisition by the Med Center, the area sat adjacent to the Omaha Belt Line Railroad and appeared to have business and industry that likely relied on the train cars to move good throughout the city.

Led by Sullivan Development Company, construction is expected to begin in October and finish in early 2027.
