Located in between the Field Club and and Leavenworth neighborhoods, Mason Place Townhomes will rise on a vacant lot located at the southwest corner of 33rd and Mason Streets.

The large lot has a steep incline and had a single house at 1002 S 33rd Street at the intersection until it was demolished in 2011. Other efforts to develop the site in recent years have failed.

The new complex led by Milestone Development will include 15 two and three bedroom units with two car garages starting around $400k. They include a flexible bonus room that can be used for an office, media room, guest bedroom or some other purpose. All of the units will have rooftop decks.

The area has seen a number of apartment complexes and townhomes built in recent years as the effort to add density to the urban core continues. The newest addition is expected to be completed in 2026.
